Pass Construction is a general contractor and construction management firm offering a full range of construction related services tailored to your needs. Pass Construction was founded in 2010 with the mission to continually create a cohesive construction team that understands the owner’s priorities and works in unison to fulfill them. Drawing on experience from Macklowe Properties, Brad Pass saw the opportunity and value to having a general contractor’s ownership directly involved at critical moments in the life cycle of a project.

Each client’s needs are unique, and the construction project needs to be personalized to maximize the design intent within a given schedule and budget. Pass Construction has the experience and ability to deliver quality results with increasingly complex projects.

To build for the future you need to learn from the past, and be mindful of the present. Pass Construction is knowledgeable and prepared to implement and coordinate with your design team all aspects of a LEED project from Certified up to Platinum.

To do our part, we also strive to use locally sourced and recycled products, reduce or eliminate volatile organic compound (VOC) products, and recycle job site waste on all projects when applicable, regardless of LEED designation.

At Pass Construction, safety is a top priority not only for direct employees, but for all site personnel. Every job site is run by an OSHA 30 or higher certified superintendent, and all employed tradesman are provided with OSHA 10 classes to help keep the job site safe for everyone. We are proud to be accident free for over 1,000 days and counting.

Our team has achieved this by setting clear expectations, providing appropriate training, implementing proper workplace safety measures, holding each other accountable for their actions, and having open dialogue for areas of improvement. Your safety concern is everyone’s concern.
